BalancedLives.online – Refunds & Cancellations
BalancedLives.online offers a range of digital products, private sessions, guided programs, and immersive learning experiences. As a value-driven platform rooted in spiritual ethics, we aim to be fair and transparent with all refund and cancellation processes.
2.1 Digital Products (eBooks, Toolkits, Recorded Courses)
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital content are final. Once purchased, no refunds will be granted for downloadable items unless the product is proven to be defective or undeliverable.
2.2 Live Sessions & Private Consultations
Clients who book 1:1 wellness sessions or private consultations may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you do not show up or cancel less than 24 hours before your session, the session is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
Refunds for missed or canceled appointments are granted only if we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable time frame or due to technical issues on our part.
2.3 Online Programs / Workshops
For multi-day or multi-week programs, refund eligibility is as follows:
- Before the start date: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees)
- Within 7 days of purchase and before the first session: 75% refund
- After the course has started: No refunds granted
2.4 How to Request a Refund

- Full name
- Date and product/service purchased
- Reason for refund request
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment.
